Anti Flicker Device 2004 Dodge Ram PU
This item solved the anti flicker problem but the Lamp Out” indicator still came on. I usually had to turn my headlights (Eagleye HID Conversion Kit) on prior to starting up my truck so the lights not to flicker and the “Lamp out” indicator would stay off. A week after the install the passenger side headlamp and corner marker failed to turn on. I checked all the fuses and relays but they were all still in good shape. I ended up switching back to the factory 9007 halogen bulbs, which did not work either. Thinking the bulbs were bad, I purchased a new set of headlamps and corner markers just to see if fresh bulbs would do the trick. Nope. I then checked the fuses/relays again also checked the sockets for damaged wires. Nothing. I did not have access to a voltmeter so I ended up taking my truck to the Dodge dealership for maintenance thinking it was a computer issue. They (dealership) had my truck a week trying to troubleshoot the problem and it ended up with them having to install an additional ground to get the proper power for the factory lamps. I reinstalled the HID kit a month later and with over $120 spent my headlamps finally work correctly, no flicker or idiot lights in the dash. I gave this product a one star rating because it gave me such a headache and cost me more money. Other than having to be inconvienced by turning on my headlights before starting my truck, the Eagleye HID kit gave me 5 years of trouble free operation. If you are having issues with your HID kit, make sure your factory wiring harness is grounded properly and has enough steady flow to power your HID conversion kits.

Used these in my install — no issues. They worked well on Jeep Liberty 2004. No feedback into on-board computer.

I installed this product on a Jetta MkV 2.5 VW, with a standard hid 5000K kit.
Without this device, the bulbs flickered and the computer warning icon (bulb) appeared on the dash.

With this device, it all functions as it should be.
No flickering. No errors. No dimmed starts.
